- The customer is responsible for ensuring that tobacco delivery is permitted at the requested destination.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather, distance, product availability, building access, or other circumstances.
Age Verification at the Door
- An adult aged 21 or older must be present to receive tobacco products.
- Government-issued identification may be required.
- Orders cannot be left unattended.
- If legal age or identity cannot be verified, delivery will not be completed.
Additional Attempts and Changes
Additional delivery attempts or address changes may result in added charges.
